Working in a busy conveyancing team, it is a given that we spend much of our day dealing with various facets of legal work. Registering titles, determining risk, agreeing terms, undertaking searches, etc. What may be less expected, is the amount of time and emphasis put on people.
We understand that buying a property is one of the most important and substantial purchases you are likely to make. With this in mind, we put as much effort into dealing with people as we do our day to day jobs. And it shows!
Every one of our clients is asked for feedback when their transaction is completed, be this a house sale, purchase or transfer of equity. We genuinely want to know how we did and if there are any improvements that can be made.
