Digital investment for award-winning conveyancing team
GA Solicitors’ residential conveyancing team has invested heavily into its digital practicing tools to make property transactions more efficient, trackable, and comprehensive.
GA has just gone live with a new digital platform which brings elements of its residential transactions online, shortens quoting times, provides updates to agents and mortgage brokers, and greatly improves the client experience from start to finish.
The new programme also ensures complete cost transparency for the client. Individuals can log onto the portal and see a detailed breakdown of all fees to be incurred and at what stage.
Importantly for the firm, which works closely with a number of estate agents and mortgage brokers in the city and region, it also allows referrers of work to send leads 24hrs a day, seven days a week. They will then see real-time updates as to when a quote has been sent, if it has been accepted and the client formally instructed.

We can turn around comprehensive quotes very quickly and provide clients with clear communication and detailed information on costs.

This is the second recent investment for the team as Becky Bromfield, an experienced solicitor, joined the department as a partner at the end of 2022.
