Whether a driver, passenger or a pedestrian, being in a road traffic accident can be a traumatic experience and the lasting result of an injury can make it even worse.
Depending on the severity of the accident you could be left with mild bruising, whiplash or even spinal or head injuries. If you are unfortunate enough to be involved in a road traffic accident then you may be entitled to make a motorcycle/car accident claim through a personal injury compensation claim.
As a passenger in a car, van or coach your claim would be made against the insurance company of the person responsible for the accident. If you are a pedestrian, motorcyclist, pedal cyclist or a driver then your claim would be made against the insurance company of the person driving the vehicle that collided with you.
If the person responsible for the accident is uninsured or untraced then you can still make a claim with our help through the Motor Insurers Bureau (MIB).
