GA Solicitors is seeking a hard-working, ambitious and motivated lawyer to become an integral part of our Wills, Trusts and Probate department.
The role
This varied position involves conducting a caseload of matters for private clients, including complex probate and IHT trust matters, as well as wills matters. You will support the head of department and other partners and be expected to promote yourself and the firm to win work from existing and new clients and referrers and to take part in business development activities.
The candidate
You will be a lawyer with at least 2 years post qualification experience, capable of handling a busy caseload with minimal support. With demonstrable success in winning new client business, you will have drive and energy, absolute integrity and a desire to put the client and quality of service first. You will be a team player able to work under supervision, an exceptional communicator, possess excellent IT skills and have experience of computerised case management systems.
