We don’t want our promises to just be white noise, so we have developed a clear set of commitments to show exactly what you can expect from GA Solicitors if you instruct us.
Our pledge to our clients
1. We will aim to deal with all new client enquiries within 24 hours*
2. You will be provided with a named contact from the outset – we are a friendly organisation, not a faceless one
3. You will never be surprised by a bill – we will keep you informed about costs every step of the way
4. We care and will deal with your legal issues confidentially and with empathy
5. You will be kept up to date on all developments, and if there’s no change for whatever reason, we will tell you that too
6. We will make ourselves available for phone calls or meetings whenever possible
7. If we miss your call, we will call back, the same day where possible, and in any case within two working days
8. Written correspondence will be dealt with within 48 hours* and in the order it has been received
9. We’ll keep it simple – all letters and communications will be in plain language with an explanation of any legal jargon that can’t be avoided
10. Every person who calls or visits our GA offices will be greeted courteously and with a smile
11. We will listen to your feedback and act upon it appropriately
12. We treat all clients fairly and do not discriminate against anyone because of their age, race, gender, sexual orientation or disability
