GA Solicitors Wins ‘Southern Conveyancing Team of the Year’ at The Conveyancing Awards 2026
The inaugural Conveyancing Awards took place on Thursday 14th May 2026 and saw GA Solicitors take home the trophy for Southern Conveyancing Team of the Year.
The Plymouth law firm was up against four other shortlisted candidates from across the southern half of the UK, after being whittled down from a high number of competitive entries.
The judges commented: “GA Solicitors was able to show over the qualifying period clear progress in performance, growth and team development. A strong culture of good quality client service and professional excellence was also evidenced, and they should be commended on their continued investment in staff training and wellbeing.”
The Conveyancing Awards were delivered by Globespan Media and brought together over 300 professionals to The Londoner Hotel for a spectacular evening of celebration and entertainment, including a set by international DJ Tony Nicholls. Comedian and writer, Lou Sanders compered the event.

21 businesses and individuals were recognised across 13 categories encompassing a broad cross-section of the conveyancing profession, from geographical distinctions to new build specialists, high-performing individuals and teams, as well as the sector’s innovators and disruptors.
Fundraising from the event helped The Mindstep Foundation, one of The Conveyancing Foundation’s grant recipients, surpass its £50k target for the year.
