Four Promotions and Two National Accreditations at Regional Law Firm
South West law firm, GA Solicitors, is celebrating a successful September after promoting two team members to associate level, seeing two of its trainee solicitors qualify into the firm, and a further two staff members achieve national, professional accreditations.
After five years with the firm, solicitors Caitlin Weeks and Niall Rundle have both been promoted to associate, recognising their continued commitment, expertise and contribution to the firm and its clients.
Caitlin works within GA Solicitors’ wills, trusts and probate team, supporting clients with a range of matters including will writing, probate, Lasting Powers of Attorney and estate planning. In the same week, Caitlin was also recognised as a fully accredited member of The Association of Lifetime Lawyers which recognises lawyers who have demonstrated specialist knowledge and a commitment to supporting older and vulnerable people with care, empathy and professionalism.
Niall is part of GA Solicitors’ personal injury department, where he supports clients seeking advice and representation following accidents and injuries, with a specialism in military hearing loss claims. This promotion recognises his dedication to achieving positive outcomes for his clients and his significant growth in expertise and experience since qualifying as a solicitor in 2023.
Jenna Launder and Luke Cannon, have both officially qualified as solicitors this September after completing a two-year training contract with GA Solicitors. Jenna has qualified into the firm’s clinical negligence team, and Luke into the family department.
Lastly, Mark Mears, a partner and experienced childcare law solicitor at GA Solicitors, has been awarded the much respected, Children Law Accreditation by the Law Society. The Children Law Accreditation is a recognised quality standard awarded to legal professionals who demonstrate specialist expertise in representing children and families in children law proceedings.
