I joined GA as a Partner in 2025, having worked for a national law firm for 17 years.

I specialise in transactional commercial property work and advise clients on the acquisition, disposal, management and financing of freehold and leasehold commercial property and have acted for a broad spectrum of clients, including those within the retail, logistics and charity sectors. I have particular expertise in landlord and tenant negotiations, having advised regional and national clients in connection with their diverse property portfolios.

Work highlights include:

• Taking a lead role acting for a national retail client with over 900 retail sites supporting its ambitious store acquisition programme.

• Acting on several property refinance projects, including leading a team in connection with a £50 million refinance of a property portfolio for a national client

• Advising on property due diligence in connection with the acquisition of 45 retail sites as part of a wider corporate acquisition

• Supporting and advising several regional charities in relation to their property portfolios as well as advising various national charities on bespoke property matters, including the disposal of ransom strips

• Acting for a national third-party logistics provider in connection with the acquisition, disposal and refinancing of their property portfolio
