I joined GA’s commercial property team in December 2018, having previously worked at another local firm where I had qualified as a solicitor in February 2015. After qualifying, I gained experience in dealing with a wide variety of business-related matters before joining GA to specialise in commercial property work. 

I act for both businesses and private individuals in various commercial property transactions, including business leases, property and land sales and purchases and commercial re-mortgages.

I am also a member of GA’s specialist property finance team and a large part of my work is acting for commercial and private lenders on all aspects of unsecured and secured lending.

In addition to commercial matters, I am Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) accredited and deal with residential sales, purchases, re-mortgages and lease extensions.
