Solicitor

I am a solicitor in the commercial property team, and I qualified in September 2024 following my two-year training contract with GA Solicitors.

I studied law at Plymouth University and graduated with an upper-class honours. After this, I continued my studies and completed my Master’s degree in Law, Business and Management.

By working in the Commercial Property team, my experience includes acting for individuals, charities, businesses and pensions on projects such as:

• Acquisitions and disposals of business and property;
• Leases where I am acting for landlord and tenant
• Development land acquisition

I predominantly work in the development team, and my experience includes site acquisition, development agreements and managing the plot sales once the build is complete. I report to clients on title, searches and contractual documents, and each report is tailored to the client’s needs and requirements of their project, no matter how big or small.

In addition to the above, I also have experience in dealing with rural and agricultural land and property. I provide advice to landowners on matters when they are selling, purchasing or granting a lease.

In recent years I have been shortlisted as the 2024 Junior Lawyer of the Year with Plymouth Junior Lawyers Division (PJLD) and the 2024 Junior Lawyer of the Year with the Plymouth Law Society.
