I qualified as a solicitor in 2006 and joined GA Solicitors’ commercial department in the same year. I was appointed head of GA’s property finance team in 2015 and promoted to equity partner in 2023.
I specialise in the property aspects of secured finance work acting for banks and lenders, as well as borrowers across a wide range of sectors.
As a key member of GA’s commercial property and GA energy teams, I also advise on all aspects of commercial property work, including options, leases, sales and purchases, overages and business transfers.
Experience:
- Peninsula Finance Plc – acting for the lender on multi-million pound development finance projects throughout England and Wales.
- Arbuthnot Latham & Co., Limited – acting for the bank in the refinancing of investment property portfolios.
- Acting for a new start up business in the grant of a lease of commercial premises for its laser tag venture.
- Assisting developers with options, leases, easements and due diligence on new energy projects.
