I joined GA Solicitors in August 2023 as a residential conveyancing solicitor and partner. I first started working in residential conveyancing back in 2005 and, since qualifying as a solicitor in 2009, have worked exclusively in this area of law.
It is always my aim to make the process of moving home as stress-free as possible and I enjoy helping clients reach their goal of agreeing a completion date. Having worked in this area for nearly 20 years, I am experienced with all aspects of residential conveyancing including:
- Sales
- Purchases
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
As a residential conveyancing solicitor, one of my favourite calls is to let clients know that keys have been released and completion has occurred. I understand that everyone involved in the conveyancing transaction is after the same outcome and work hard to make sure that I take on board each client’s circumstances.
