Neale Crump
Solicitor
I am a property litigation solicitor specialising in residential landlord and tenant law.
I represent landlords and tenants in all aspects of this area of law including claims for possession, recovery of rent arrears, and claims for compensation in respect of tenancy deposit. I understand these claims can be complex and stressful, often dealing with a valuable asset or a family home. I will help clients through the litigation process, including attendance at court and enforcement of judgment or obtaining possession.
I also have a broad litigation experience in clinical negligence, professional negligence, personal injury and contested probate matters. I have represented clients at inquests, trials, and appeals.
I qualified as a solicitor in 1994 with a commercial firm in Manchester. I returned to the southwest and worked for a large Plymouth firm for 18 years including 10 years as a partner.
As well as my legal career, I have travelled and worked overseas in Austria, Vietnam and more recently as a deck Apprentice with the Royal Fleet Auxiliary.
