We are looking for bright, proactive, adaptable, commercially aware individuals who wish to live and work in the South West. You must also be a team player, not only within the department but the firm as a whole.
Academically, ideally, we are looking for candidates with a minimum 2:1 law or non-law degree. That is not to say we will not consider candidates with a 2:2 degree who can provide a strong application in other areas.
Personal statement and the use of AI
The personal statement section of our online application form is the perfect place for you to tell us about yourself and demonstrate why you are the person we are looking for and why we should ask for an interview, so please make sure you make the most of it and don’t undersell yourself.
While we embrace technology, and it is a great tool for checking grammar, please avoid using AI to generate or draft your personal statement or responses to the information we request in the application.
