Asbestos expert secures share of multi-million pound Plymouth law firm
James Walsh, one of the South West’s leading industrial disease litigators, has been made an equity partner of renowned Plymouth law firm, GA Solicitors.
James Walsh joined the city centre law firm in 2016 with more than two decades of experience and is recognised nationally for his work in dealing with complex asbestos disease claims, particularly those related to victims of mesothelioma.
James is a member of the Law Society Personal Injury Panel and is an accredited occupational disease and asbestos disease specialist with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL). James was the second solicitor in the country to receive the acclaimed accreditation.
