Awards Hat-Trick for GA
Plymouth law firm, GA Solicitors, has been shortlisted for three national and regional awards in recognition for its high levels of customer service and its ability to adapt its services to the changing needs of its clients.
The national Law Society Excellence Awards are one of the legal sector’s most highly sought after awards. After a complex submission, GA has been shortlisted for Excellence in Business Development – highlighting the firm’s ability to develop new services to meet changing market, business and consumer needs.
The award ceremony takes place in London’s Hilton Park Lane on 20th October when the winning firm will be selected. GA is facing stiff competition from eight other firms from all across the UK.
GA has also seen success in the Devon Chamber of Commerce Awards where it has been shortlisted in two categories: Innovation in Business and Customer Service. The firm will find out if it has been successful at the awards ceremony which takes place on 16th October at the Duke of Cornwall.
Stephen Ramsden, managing partner of GA Solicitors, commented: “To have been shortlisted for three awards is an exceptional achievement. The GA team works incredibly hard to provide the highest level of service to its clients and to have an innovative approach in regards to the services we offer. To have this recognised on a national and regional platform is testament to these efforts.
“This success comes in the same year that we have taken on 13 new members of staff and invested £1m into our IT and facilities. This is undoubtedly a very exciting time for GA and we are thrilled to have this recognised by our peers.
“We will now keep everything crossed for the coming weeks – although just to be shortlisted is of course a huge achievement in itself.”
With more than 200 years of heritage, GA Solicitors is a leading Plymouth law firm with 78 members of staff offering guidance across seven specialist departments: business; family; employment; dispute resolution; wills, trusts & probate; conveyancing and personal injury.
