Awards Hat-Trick Secured by Plymouth Law Firm
Plymouth law firm, GA Solicitors, has been shortlisted for three prestigious awards.
The first, which takes place on 24th September in Coventry, is the Law Firm Services Conveyancing Awards, in which GA has been shortlisted as Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year. Should it be successful, the firm will then compete against five other regional winners to be named the overall Conveyancing Firm of the Year.
The second ceremony takes place in London on 8th October. Gloria Dyer, associate at GA Solicitors, has been shortlisted for the national title of Family Law Legal Executive or Paralegal of the Year. Gloria was pitted against nominees from all across the country and over the last few weeks has been part of a voting process to pick the final winner. Only three other individuals have been shortlisted for this coveted title.
The third and final ceremony takes place on Thursday 9th October, also in London. The national Law Society Excellence Awards 2014 are one of the legal sector’s most highly sought after awards. After a rigorous entry process, GA has been shortlisted for the Excellence in Client Service Award – testament to the team’s dedication to its clients and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty.
Stephen Ramsden, managing partner of GA Solicitors, commented: “To have been shortlisted for these three awards is an exceptional achievement. The GA team works incredibly hard to provide the highest level of service to its clients and to have this recognised both regionally and nationally is testament to these efforts.
“We were recently named runner-up in The Herald’s Business Awards, under the Corporate Social Responsibility category, and also highly commended by CILEx after an employee nominated the firm as CILEx Employer of the Year. We are thrilled to be continually recognised for our successes and for the level of support provided to our clients and our staff.
“We will now keep everything crossed for the coming weeks – although just to be shortlisted is of course a huge achievement in itself.”
GA currently employs 65 members of staff from its city centre office and provides advice across seven specialist areas: commercial; residential conveyancing; employment; dispute resolution; personal injury; family and wills, trusts and probate.
