GA Secures Winning Title
Plymouth law firm, GA Solicitors, has been named South and South West Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year 2014.
The Law Firm Services (LFS) Conveyancing Awards took place in Coventry and Wednesday 24th September. These are arguably one of the sector’s most coveted awards and are highly contested across all regions of the country. The black tie, prestigious ceremony was well attended and saw GA beat a raft of other regional firms to secure the title of the South and South West Regional Conveyancing Firm of the Year.
The firm had to submit a substantial submission form and undergo a vigorous evaluation process including a mystery shop, intense interviews and an evaluation of all its client care documents.
Roger Wilson, one of the judges involved with the awards, is quoted on the LFS website as saying: “I was very impressed with this firm. They evidence a commitment to customers through their new eight point charter, they recognised the importance of communication with a focus on this aspect when recruiting.
“An openness to customer feedback with a pledge to match every piece of feedback with a donation to charity and their focus on working with other lawyers, with initiatives to back that up. This is especially helpful in the current market.”
