GA Solicitors joins St Luke’s Make a Will Week 2017
More than half of the population does not have a will and, of those that do, more than 20% have never reviewed it. Have you thought about your future and what will take place if the worst happens?
GA Solicitors is delighted to be taking part in St Luke’s Make a Will Week which runs from Monday 15 – Friday 19 May. During this week GA Solicitors will be giving its time free of charge to update or create wills, in return for a donation to St Luke’s Hospice Plymouth.

What people often forget is that making a will is not just about sorting out the financial aspects. A will ensures that your final wishes are clear. Your possessions and property are going to the right place, and the family and children you leave behind are looked after.
Last year’s St Luke’s Make a Will Week raised an incredible £18,974 for patient care. That’s enough to provide specialist care to 18 people at home, giving them access to a variety of care including nurses, social workers, physio’s and occupational therapists.
Nearly 25% of St Luke’s income comes from gifts left to them in wills, meaning that the care of every one in four patients is possible due to a legacy donation. Take the opportunity to get your affairs in order. Make a Will and make a real difference to people in your local community.
