Global accreditation for local solicitor
Angelo Micciche, an experienced solicitor at Plymouth’s GA Solicitors, has been awarded full membership status from global professional association, STEP (Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners).
The accreditation was confirmed this month (February) after Angelo completed a number of examinations and assessments, also achieving STEP’s advanced certificate in trust disputes.
Angelo is the only contentious probate solicitor in the city to have secured ‘full member’ status*, clearly demonstrating his expertise and experience in dealing with all aspects of inheritance, wills and trusts disputes.
Talking of his achievement, Angelo commented: “I am delighted my efforts have been rewarded and that the time I have dedicated to both my work and study have paid off.
“I am very thankful to GA for the continued support I have received throughout my studying and am now continuing with my personal development to also become a full member of ACTAPS (Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) later this year”.
Stephen Ramsden, managing partner of GA Solicitors, added: “This accreditation is well deserved as Angelo has worked very hard to achieve full member status. It is most certainly testament to his dedication and extensive knowledge in this specialist sector and we at GA look forward to continuing to support him with his ongoing works”.
With more than 200 years of heritage, GA Solicitors is a leading Plymouth law firm with 79 members of staff offering guidance across seven specialist departments: business; family; employment; dispute resolution; wills, trusts & probate; conveyancing and personal injury.
