Litigation lawyers appointed by GA
Multi-sector law firm GA Solicitors has appointed two litigation lawyers to support its commercial and property clients in the recovery from the impact of Covid-19.
Matthew Ellis has joined the firm with 10 years experience in resolving all kinds of disputes in particular between businesses; and business partners, directors and shareholders together with professional negligence claims against solicitors, accountants, financial advisors, architects, surveyors and insurance brokers.
Matthew studied Law and French at Cardiff University between 2001 and 2005, which included a year’s study at the Université de Nantes, France. He completed the Legal Practice Course at the University of Plymouth.
Emma Webb has been appointed as a solicitor in the property litigation team after training and qualifying with the firm. During that time developed experience in all aspects of property related disputes and litigation. She has a particular interest in residential possession claims, business lease renewals, adverse possession and boundary related issues. Emma is also involved in providing early advisory work in conjunction with our transactional property lawyers.
Prior to joining GA, Emma studied Law and Business before going on to undertake her Legal Practice Course at the University of the West of England in Bristol.
