Plymouth Lawyer Wins National Award
Plymouth lawyer Gloria Dyer, an associate of GA Solicitors, has received national recognition after being named Legal Executive/Paralegal of the Year in the Family Law Awards 2014.
The prestigious awards ceremony took place in London on 8th October and was attended by family legal teams and individuals from all across the country. Now in its fourth year, the Family Law Awards celebrate and commend the important work of law firms, individuals and barristers in the area of family law in England and Wales.
Gloria was pitted against three other individuals in her field, all of which had extensive experience and provided tough competition.
As well as completing an in-depth submission form to be shortlisted, Gloria then had to be part of a nail-biting voting process which saw all four of the shortlisted lawyers receive votes from clients, peers and contacts.
Gloria was overwhelmed to win the award: “To be recognised for my work on a national level really is incredible. The other candidates were all very worthy and I am truly honoured to have won the title of Legal Executive of the Year.”
Stephen Ramsden, managing partner of GA Solicitors, commented: “Gloria is a dedicated and hard working individual who supports each and every one of her clients. Her caring nature ensures she not only achieves the best results for her clients, but also supports them every step of the way.
The whole firm and professional colleagues across the city and beyond were behind her with this award. We can’t congratulate her enough for securing this very well deserved accolade.”
