I joined GA in 2019 as a trainee, qualified as a solicitor on the corporate and commercial team in June 2022 and in April 2026 got promoted to an Associate. I studied law at Plymouth University before undertaking my LPC at the University of Law in Exeter.
I cover a wide range of services, including commercial and legal advice to shareholders, directors, partnerships and sole traders. Typically, this will include advice in relation to general commercial agreements, shareholders’ agreements, franchise agreements, joint ventures, corporate reconstructions, mergers and acquisitions, and succession planning.
Outside of work, you will find me participating in a wide range of water sports across the southwest, from SUP surfing to open water swimming.
