- This is to say thank you for the kind and courteous way that you looked after mum in her last years. It meant a lot to her to know you were there to help guide us all, both before and after her death, she had great faith in you. B also relied on and trusted your good advice. I too was glad to have your reliable help during the early stages of the house sale.
- Thank you so much for taking the trouble to come and look over the house and land, it was good to see you. I am most grateful to you for all your help over the past six months, it has been invaluable.
- Thank you so much for (your) efficient and understanding of our requests and desires (which) you managed to capture in our Wills. Your advice was key.
- Thank you for dealing with my wife's estate so expeditiously and also courteously.
- It has been a long process but thank you for your patience and guidance through the whole from the death of my mother through to the final phase. I'm sure it's not the most complicated will that you have been involved with but it was complex enough for me and it could not have been managed successfully without you.
