After qualifying as a solicitor in September 2025, I am now a member of the Corporate Commercial team at GA Solicitors, having completed my training contract with the firm.

During my training, I gained broad experience across a range of practice areas, including residential property and commercial dispute resolution. This grounding has shaped my commercial approach and given me valuable insight that I now bring to my work with corporate clients.

Prior to entering the legal profession, I lived and worked abroad, including time in an in-house role at a company specialising in the franchising of international brands. This experience sparked my interest in global business and helped develop a practical, solutions-focused mindset.

Since qualifying, I have worked on a variety of corporate and commercial matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, shareholders’ agreements, company formations, and a wide range of commercial contracts. I enjoy supporting clients through both day-to-day operations and more complex transactions, helping them navigate the legal landscape with clarity and confidence.
