We are seeking a hard-working, ambitious and driven lawyer to become an integral part of our Dispute Resolution team. This is a varied and challenging role offering the opportunity to work on a broad range of interesting litigation matters while playing an active role in the continued growth and success of the firm.
The Role
As a Dispute Resolution Lawyer, you will conduct and assist privately funded litigation on behalf of both organisations and private clients. Your work will include a broad range of commercial and civil disputes, including:
- Company and partnership disputes
- Shareholder and director disputes
- Professional negligence claims
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Franchise disputes
- Contractual claims
You will have the opportunity to take responsibility for your own caseload while working as part of a supportive and collaborative team.
As well as delivering an excellent service to existing clients, you will be expected to play an active role in business development, promoting both yourself and the firm, building strong professional relationships and contributing to the generation of new work.
About You
We’re looking for a qualified lawyer with experience in litigation, and the ability and confidence to manage a busy caseload.

This role is based in our Plymouth office, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm, 35 hours per week.
