GA Solicitors Secures Conveyancing Quality Mark

South West law firm, GA Solicitors, has been re-accredited by a national quality standard for its specialist conveyancing work.
The firm has once again secured The Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) standard, following an external assessment of its systems and quality of advice – which demonstrates the firm’s commitment to attaining and maintaining the highest possible standards in the legal profession.
CQS assessors confirmed the firm had met its criteria of:
- Having the expertise to deliver quality residential conveyancing advice
- Using standardised processes to recognise and reduce risks
- Educating clients about what to expect when paying for conveyancing advice.
The quality mark demonstrates that GA Solicitors can provide residential conveyancing advice at the level expected by clients, lenders and the wider residential property community such as estate agents and financial advisors.
David Wallis, managing partner of GA Solicitors, commented: “We are proud to have been re-accredited by this national quality mark for residential conveyancing. This is no mean feat considering the increase in demand we’ve experienced since the cut in stamp duty and the logistical challenges of remote working for our team.”
The news is the latest in a string of external recognition for the quality of the firm’s work following record listings in major independent legal guides The Legal 500 and Chambers UK in addition to receiving Lexcel re-accreditation for the eleventh consecutive year.
