Property Team Strengthened Two Fold at GA Solicitors

Jonathan Bouchta, who was previously employed by Foot Anstey and Eversheds, has joined the firm as an associate. With nearly 16 years of experience, he is an experienced litigator, advising companies, individuals, charities and public bodies on resolving and avoiding disputes related to land and property.
Catherine Gill is a commercial property solicitor with vast experience in complex real estate matters. She worked for one of the Middle East’s most respected international law firms, Clyde & Co, and advised some of Dubai’s leading developers, including advising on a US$2.5 billion acquisition for a unique mixed use development. Catherine’s capabilities span a wide spectrum of commercial property including sales and purchases, landlord and tenant matters and development land acquisition and disposal.
Speaking of the recruitment, managing partner Stephen Ramsden commented: “GA Solicitors has always had a very strong commercial property offering. Catherine’s extensive experience in regards to complex real estate matters further bolsters that of the established team and provides our clients with an enhanced professional service.
“Jonathan Bouchta allows the firm to offer a new level of property litigation. He has decades of experience which has seen him deal with the full spectrum of contentious property issues. There are few people in the region with his level of knowledge and experience and his joining GA was a real coup for the firm.”
Jonathan Bouchta, newly appointed associate at GA, added: “GA Solicitors is a modern law firm with innovation at its core. Client service is of paramount importance and I am delighted to have joined a firm which so clearly values its staff and its customers.
“I very much look forward to developing the property litigation offering at GA and working alongside both the dispute resolution and commercial property teams to the greater benefit of our clients.”
