5 star conveyancing team attracts new partner
GA’s award-winning conveyancing team is celebrating threefold after receiving outstanding client feedback, welcoming a new partner and securing national accreditation for the quality of its work.
Over the past year, GA’s residential property lawyers have secured tens of five-star reviews on Google and Facebook, as well as more than 100 positive client feedback forms. Reviewers commented on the personal service, dedication, and diligence in keeping property transactions on track in an increasingly difficult climate. In addition, the team has been re-accredited with an important quality standard, the CQS (Conveyancing Quality Scheme) for another year by The Law Society.
The firm’s reputation for its conveyancing work was one of the reasons GA’s newest partner was attracted to the team. Experienced property lawyer, Becky Bromfield, joined GA at the end of 2022 to continue to develop her expertise and build upon her busy caseload of residential transactions.
Becky qualified as a solicitor in 2014 having completed both her LLB Law Degree and the Legal Practice Course at Plymouth University. Prior to joining the firm, she worked at two other law firms in the city advising on sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity in both residential and commercial property. Having lived in Plymouth all her life, she has excellent knowledge of the local property market, as well as strong relationships with other professionals in the industry.
