Karen Dyer
Residential Conveyancer
I joined GA’s residential conveyancing team in 2021 with more than two decades of experience. For the previous 21 years, I had worked as an experienced conveyancer in several established law firms in the South West.
I deal with a number of residential matters such as mortgages, re-mortgages, Help to Buy schemes, assents, first registrations of unregistered property, transfer of part, transfer of equity, deferred payment agreements, buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties, declarations of trust, auctions, new build, and affordable housing.
In previous roles, I have also undertaken commercial conveyancing and private client work (such as will writing and Lasting Powers of Attorney) which has given me a thorough understanding of client needs.
I’m a member of the Institute of Paralegals, Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, and Law Society Property Section Member.
Outside of GA, I enjoy spending quality time with my family.
- This is the second time that Karen has acted for me, firstly to sell my property and secondly to purchase a property. On both occasions, Karen’s advice and guidance was excellent, always available to speak to and I was regularly kept up to date on progress. I would highly recommend Karen and GA Solicitors to family and friends.
- Thank you so very much for your kindness, care, professionalism, and understanding during the buying of our new home. You were always there when, for us, everything seemed too much to comprehend, an age thing is our excuse!
