Serena Frost

Company Commercial Lawyer

Serena joined the firm as a company commercial lawyer in 2020 and specialises in advising commercial partnerships, sole traders and directors of limited companies.

She is a Chartered Legal Executive and mid-way through cross qualifying as a Solicitor via the SQE, having chosen a non-traditional path into law following obtaining her degree in Business Studies.

With ten years’ experience in law spent in local commercial law firms and as in-house legal counsel for an international manufacturer, she has gained experience in areas ranging from insurance, personal/employers liability, corporate governance and data protection and commercial contracts, as well as dabbling in real estate and trademark protection.

Serena is keen to support other young lawyers in entering the profession through mentoring and generally championing others around her and is also keen to encourage the support of mental health initiatives and women’s well-being.

Outside of her day job, you will usually see her at the beach or exploring the countryside in her VW Campervan.
