Serena Willis
Company Commercial Lawyer
As a company commercial lawyer, I specialise in advising commercial partnerships, sole traders, shareholders and directors of limited companies and trustees of charitable organisations. My advice spans a number of areas including corporate formations and reconstructions, sales, mergers and acquisitions, in addition to providing advice on areas such as shareholders’ agreements and terms of business.
I qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) in 2021, having previously achieved a BA honours degree in business studies.
Having spent time in-house as junior legal counsel in a manufacturing environment and in two national law firms previously, I have built a well-rounded commercial approach having practiced in corporate governance, intellectual property and trademark registration, as well as contract and health and safety law.
Outside of my day job, I enjoy getting out in the countryside or to the coast in my VW camper van. My days are usually filled with paddle boarding, beach days, long dog walks exploring or a bit of retail therapy.
